Meet Dr. Ana-Paula Correia, a highly accomplished Professor of Learning Technologies and Director of the Center on Education and Training for Employment at The Ohio State University's College of Education and Human Ecology. With over 25 years of experience in education, Dr. Correia earned her Teaching Degree in Biology and Geology from the University of Minho, Portugal, followed by a master's degree and Ph.D. in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University, Bloomington in the United States. While in graduate school, she worked as a learning designer for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company.

Dr. Correia is an internationally recognized expert in learning design and educational technology, specializing in online learning and teaching, mobile learning, collaborative learning, and human-computer interaction.
